Yes. The transfer process of the two properties can be linked. The proceeds of the one, where you sell, can thus be used to pay the purchase price for the other one, where you buy.

The attorneys attending to the two transactions will arrange for the registration for both properties to happen simultaneously at the deeds office or deeds offices.
