Martin Bezuidenhout heads our Third Party Department. He has 35 years’ experience of third party claims against the Road Accident Fund (RAF).
He also specializes in personal injury claims and medical malpractice claims.

Martin is assisted by a candidate attorney, 7 secretaries and 2 client liaison officials, all with vast experience. We also offer conveyance of our clients to experts and concomitant interpreting services.
Process
We integrate our expertise with an advanced information technology system and make use of Ghost Practice, to enhance our service to clients. Being situated in Rustenburg, we have access to the Mafikeng High Court, in respect of all motor vehicle accidents occurring within the North West Province, which results in quicker turn-around time of claims, to the benefit of our clients. In respect of motor vehicle accidents occurring outside the jurisdiction of the Mafikeng High Court, we utilize the Pretoria High Court.
Costs
Our cost structure is very competitive and, being the largest law firm in North West, we have the ability to finance our clients’ disbursements, pending finalization of their claims.
We also accept instructions on a no win no fee basis, which means that our clients do not have to pay our fees, unless their claims are successful.
