Volker Krüger has been drafting legal agreements and assisting clients with other commercial work since 1996. He is assisted by our practising consultant, Francois van Wyk, if need be, and Elné Gerber. Francois has more than 30 years’ experience. All three of them hold the LLB degree. Volker also holds a BComm (Law) degree, Francois a diploma in Tax Practice and a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Law and Elné an LLM (Corporate Law). They certainly have the expertise and experience to render all services related to Commercial Law in a highly professional manner!
