Tiro joined the Van Velden-Duffey team as a candidate attorney in November 2022 and is currently serving his articles in the family law department. Tiro was born and raised in Klerksdorp, Northwest Province, where he completed his primary education at St Conrad's College. Hereafter, he emigrated to the United Kingdom with his family, where Tiro earned his A-Levels at the John Mason School in Abingdon.

After matriculation, Tiro returned to South Africa to pursue his LLB degree at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein. Here he excelled in his studies and was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society for his academic achievements in law. In addition to his studies, Tiro also engaged in extra-curricular studies, such as tutoring his fellow students in computer literacy.

He is an outgoing person who is committed to giving back to his community. Tiro believes that his education and experience as a candidate attorney will enable him to effectively assist those in need of legal guidance.
