Est-Marie is a Director in the Litigation Department at our firm.

Est-Marie studied in Potchefstroom at the North-West University and obtained her LLB degree with distinction in 2014. During her studies, she was invited to become a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society for her academic achievements. Est-Marie commenced her professional career in 2015 as a candidate attorney at our firm and has been practicing in the Litigation Department ever since.

Est-Marie is a skilled attorney with experience in various areas of the law. She specialises in general High Court and Magistrates’ Court Civil Litigation, including evictions, rental disputes, contractual disputes, damages claims, National Credit Act matters, Consumer Protection Act matters and debt reviews. Est-Marie is highly regarded for her meticulous approach to legal matters and her commitment to providing personalised and results-driven legal services.

Outside of her legal practice, Est-Marie is actively involved in the community by volunteering her legal services to those in need.
