Elné is an Associate, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the Property Law Department, practising in Pretoria, and is actively involved in the drafting of transactions including estate transfers, subdivisions, consolidations, bonds and more.

She has also gained considerable experience in the registration of trusts, trust changes, reporting deceased estates and working with the Master of the High Court. Elné has also gained experience in company registrations and amendments at the CIPC.

Elné obtained her BCom Law, LLB and LLM degrees and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
