Damian was born in Rustenburg, and matriculated from Fields College.  Thereafter he attended the University of Pretoria where he obtained his LLB. Damian joined van Velden-Duffey Inc. as a candidate attorney in 2024 and is currently serving his articles in the Mokotedi Department.

He is an avid cinephile citing Steven Spielberg, David Fincher, James Cameron, and Christopher Nolan as his favourite film directors of all time. He furthermore shares a deep appreciation and love for the automotive industry.

Damian aims to practice the same level of integrity, meticulousness, fairness, and legal skill as VVD’s directors & employees who help instil a sense of confidence in his ongoing legal education under their leadership.
