Corlia joined the Van Velden-Duffey team in January 2023 as a candidate attorney, currently serving her articles in the collections department.

Born and raised in Potchefstroom, Corlia received her BA-LLB degree from the North-West University's Potchefstroom Campus.

Corlia is passionate about community development and believes in the importance of the "power of law" for upholding and sustaining the fabric of society. As an aspiring legal practitioner, she is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on her community. If she had to choose a motto for her life, it would be: "The one who plants a tree knowing they will never sit in its shade has at least started to understand the meaning of life."
