Thandeka is a Junior Associate in the Litigation Department.

Having completed her Matric at Sunward Park High School she studied towards her Bachelor of Laws degree at the North West University.

Thandeka is a firm believer in the power of diligence, perseverance, resilience and having a diehard spirit!

During her studies Thandeka held several positions within the Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter.  Her most noteworthy achievement was being appointed as the first female National Executive Committee Deputy President where she had the honour of leading over 20 universities. She also served in the Student Representative Committee.

Thandeka is a World Economic Forum Global Shapers Soweto Hub member, which is a hand selected collection of extraordinary young individuals passionate about making a strategic impact. The Global Shapers are thought leaders who influence policy through dialogue, policy contributions and partnerships. They are a network of inspiring young adults working together to address local, regional and global challenges. With more than 7,000 members, the Global Shapers Community spans 369 city-based hubs in 171 countries.

Thandeka is also a keen philanthropist.  She uses her love and knowledge of the law to uplift the community where she is from and women in general.  She launched the Non-Profit Organisation called “I Am Woman I am Rock” which is a community-based initiative aimed at empowering young ladies to pursue further education and make use of the opportunities presented through them by government and the private sector. She encourages them to become masters of their crafts and actively seek bursaries and employment for these aspiring young ladies. Thandeka’s belief is to empower young woman so that they can also one day empower.

Thandeka seeks to make a difference wherever she goes.  We believe that she will be one of the greatest leaders our country has ever seen!
